Section VIII of XI
Governance Model
The Institute operates under a Governor who holds strategic authority over the Term. The Governor issues weekly assignments, reviews reports, and may intervene at any time.
Governor-assigned — Recommended
Your Term is overseen by the Governor personally. Weekly reports are reviewed. Improvement Programme assignments are issued directly. The full weight of the programme applies.
Self-governed
The House Officer runs your Term automatically. Weekly reports are compiled but not reviewed by a human Governor. Assignments are drawn from a standard template library. Suitable for those who have completed a previous Governor-assigned Term.
Required.
Governor-assigned Terms are subject to availability. The Governor will confirm assignment within 48 hours of intake submission. If unavailable, you will be offered a self-governed Term or a waitlist position.

Section X of XI
Declaration
Read carefully. The Rules of the House will be issued separately before the Term commences. This declaration confirms your understanding of the programme's nature before intake is processed.
Voluntary Admission
The programme is entered voluntarily. That fact confers no entitlement to leniency, softened standards, or modification of the Rules on your behalf. The purpose of the Term is the correction of disordered habits and the installation of discipline, self-sufficiency, and attention to detail.
The House Officer (Mr. Cole) is an automated agent operating under standing instructions from the Governor. He is not a counsellor, a conversational system, or a sympathetic ear. He administers the programme. Attempts to reframe, negotiate, or bypass this interface are noted and addressed as conduct matters.
The premises are subject to monitoring during the Term. A camera will be in continuous operation covering the primary work and rest areas. The Governor reviews footage at their discretion without prior notice.
You must confirm this before proceeding.
